A Note from the Founder
Hi, I'm Julia Foltz, and after more than 20 years behind the chair, I'm still just as obsessed with hair as day one. I'm a married mom to a crew of awesome boys, which means my life is full of chaos, love, and probably some rogue Legos in my salon bag.
I've loved every minute of being an independent stylist, and when I got the opportunity to open up salon suites in a fantastic Sioux Falls location, it felt like the perfect next step. These aren't just spaces—they're spots for real beauty pros like you to build your dream business.
I'm still cutting, coloring, and doing what I love, so I get it: you want freedom, but also a little community when it feels right. No drama here (I don't do that), but I do love hearing the good tea while we share our best tips, favorite products, and those "you won't believe what happened" moments in the back.
Whether you want me hands-on—helping with ideas, marketing, or just venting—or totally hands-off so you can run your show solo, I'm good either way. The goal? A supportive vibe where we all lift each other up.
